Marketing plan – Every property is different so every property needs a marketing plan, we will discuss a suitable marketing plan which will most likely include, Rightmove, Primelocation, Zoopla, Boomin, Social Media, Photographs, Floor Plans, 3D online walk throughs and property videos.

Step 5
If the marketing plan works for you then give me the green light to go ahead and start marketing.

Step 6
Arranging viewings – I like to accompany all viewers around your home so I can gather some ‘on the spot’ feedback and highlight the features of your home.

Step 7
Offers & Negotiation
In simple terms my job is to get you the best possible price from the best buyer! I will not only negotiate the best price for you I will fully financially verify all offers, check chains, confirm deposits etc. The last thing any us want is to agree a sale to a buyer who later turns out is not able to proceed.

Valuation or Market Appraisal
The terms valuation or market appraisal are interchangeable depending on which estate agent in Woodbridge you are talking to. In essence you want somebody to come round and have a look at your home and give you a guide as to how much you may be able to achieve.

Ready to go
Once we have had a good look around the property you want to sell, and discussed the best marketing plan, including marketing price etc. then we can start to prepare your details this will probably involve one of our Professional Photographers coming round to take the photos, create the video and 3d floor virtual tour, I will then create the draft details for you to approve.
